Betterlife at Lloydspharmacy has partnered with the national charity Disabled Living Foundation (DLF) to provide a quick and easy to use, guided advice service called AskSARA which will assist anyone who finds that they have difficulties with everyday tasks. The tool is particularly useful if you are not sure what items might help you. There are three easy steps:

1. You choose from a list of topics relating to difficulties you might have with different daily living activities or conditions.
2. You answer questions about yourself and your environment.
3. You read, print or email the report you receive based on your answers which contains useful advice written by our team of occupational therapists and ideas of items of equipment that might help you and their suppliers.
