Delivery
The majority of our products will be delivered and tracked by Royal Mail Special Delivery. However products that either weigh heavier than 2kg and/or classed as high value items will be delivered by one of our national courier partners. Some products may require installation or adjustment by one of our Specialist Mobility Technicians to ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from your Betterlifehealthcare.com product. Where this is the case delivery will be actioned by a Betterlifehealthcare.com employee, typically these products would be a large mobility scooter, an electric rise/recline chair or an adjustable care bed.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the parcel you receive (i.e. it is in a damaged state), please refuse delivery of the item and contact our Customer Services Team on 01772 626 789 who will arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
"7 Day Delivery"
We endeavor to process all payments and orders within one full working day, leaving six remaining working days for shipment of goods and delivery to your chosen address. No guarantee can be made unless approved by a member of our Customer Services Team but where we have available stock of an item we will do our utmost to provide next day delivery of goods.
Our standard shipment time is 1 - 3 days, if you do require next day delivery please contact our customer services team on 01772 626 789. This may exclude products which are delivered by our engineers or products specifically bought to order. Returns

NOTE: Certain products are non returnable, this will be clearly indicated on your shopping basket page and also on the confirmation page.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Betterlifehealthcare.com gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return/exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost. We do recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection. If you would like to return or exchange your products please contact our Refunds & Exchanges department on 01772 626 789 Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm who will note down your request and action accordingly.
Any returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging. Betterlifehealthcare Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Betterlifehealthcare Ltd
All orders that are returned will be subject to a 15% administration and handling charge unless otherwise agreed with a member of our Customer Services Team.
Customers who decide to return goods which required specific skilled technicians to visit the delivery address or the goods were bought to order will only have 80% of the total value of the purchase redeemed, this is due to the cost of delivery and specific skilled personnel utilised in the home visit.

Note: All incontinence products, commodes, compression stockings/tights and hearing aids are not covered by this regulation due to Personal Hygiene Law.
Payment
Betterlifehealthcare.com accepts ppayments either on-line, through cheque, postal order, fax, over the telephone or by E-procurement email. All orders are processed by our Customer Service Agents who are fully compliant with both Data Protection and Computer Misuse Acts. All orders outside the UK mainland will be subject to a postage and package charge, which will be informed to the customer prior to the shipment of goods.
All personal information gathered is for the sole purpose of processing customer orders and is not passed to any other party.

Where cheques are used for payment they should be made payable to Betterlifehealthcare Ltd. Please allow three working days from the date of receipt to enable the cheque to clear before the shipment of goods.
VAT Exemption
Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled and whose products are for personal use along with all charities where the products are made available to a disabled person for their own personal or domestic use, may be eligible for VAT exemption.
The majority of Betterlifehealthcare.com prices include delivery charges and do not include VAT (unless otherwise clearly stated). Provided the VAT Exempt checkboxes are ticked along with stating the condition whist checking out your order VAT will not be added unless a particular product has compulsory VAT. Orders which are received without ticked exemption will incur the VAT charge, which will be highlighted clearly to you through our shopping calculator. Guarantee
The majority of our products are guaranteed for twelve months by the manufacturer.
